1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Café Cabaret's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Café Cabaret provides premium office services including but not limited to: virtual office packages, meeting room rentals, mail handling services, and live receptionist solutions. All services are subject to availability and these terms and conditions.
3. Service Agreements and Payment
Service agreements may be monthly or longer term as specified at the time of enrollment. Payment is due in advance of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. A returned check fee of $35 may apply for failed payments.
4. Cancellation and Termination
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Meeting room cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Failure to cancel within the required time frame may result in charges for the reserved service.
5. Meeting Room Policies
Clients are responsible for any damage to meeting room facilities beyond normal wear and tear. All clients and their guests must conduct themselves in a professional manner. We reserve the right to terminate a session if behavior is deemed inappropriate.
6. Mail and Package Handling
We accept deliveries on behalf of our clients. Packages are held for 30 days before disposal. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages beyond our reasonable care in receipt and storage.
7. Limitation of Liability
Café Cabaret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
